Aqualis ASA: Acquisition of SynergenOG completed
Aqualis has successfully completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of Southeast Asia-based consultancy SynergenOG, adding specialist capability in process safety and technical risk management and enhancing the group’s technical offering to the energy industries.

SynergenOG will be integrated with the group’s design and engineering consultancy, Longitude. This will strengthen Longitude’s engineering offering across all business lines, creating a technical centre of excellence in process safety and risk management focused on driving safety, cost efficiencies and performance from concept design through to operations and late life.
