As Chief Leadership Officer, Jess partners with the Group CEO, Executive Team and Segment CEOs to ensure the Group has the leadership capability, succession strength and organisational readiness required to deliver its ambitious growth strategy.
Jess oversees executive assessment, succession, leadership development and leadership due diligence for acquisitions, helping Aqualis identify, develop and support outstanding leaders across its global portfolio. Her focus is on building strong leadership teams, improving organisational performance, and ensuring Aqualis continues to grow through exceptional leadership.
